We live in Victoria and recently bought a property through Serg. We looked at it late morning, and had signed up by the afternoon (while having a coffee on the beachfront at Mooloolaba – perfect). Serg is amiable, helpful and easy to communicate with, and was able to offer some good advice for people not familiar with buying in Queensland. I feel we definitely enjoyed a more personalised experience going through a smaller owner-agent, so much so that we will rent out the property through the same agent.
