In todays market there are a lot of big name real estate agents that have a lot of staff. I found it very advantageous to have a one owner realestate agency as my agent with only my best interest at heart and no other agenda. This enabled both parties to have very frank and open discussion with one another going forward towards a sale. As an experienced Seller, I had set a high standard of presentation for the property itself, and I also set a high purchase price above the market price – I challenged Serg Gubecka as my Agent to achieve that sale price.
