We had a unique situation, where we needed to find a place that could settle on the same day as the sale of our property, which was less than four weeks away, as we were relocating overseas a few days after Settlement. Add to that we were unable to make it to the open home as we were away for the weekend, so we sent a friend through to look on our behalf, and we bought the house sight unseen! Serg made the situation a lot less stressful than it needed to be, and at all times was accommodating and courteous, even when he knew that I was very stressed!! We would not hesitate in recommending Serg and his team, considering the situation, they were simply fabulous!
