We were impressed with the professional manner in which Serg went about achieving a sale for our property. Before listing he clearly outlined his selling process, what his expectations for the property were and what needed to be done to enhance our sale price. His set fee commission was attractive and less than most other agents. After each open house inspection he would immediately give us a comprehensive update of those who attended and their level of interest in the property. During the following week he would then follow up with these potential buyers to gauge further interest and once again give us feedback. Once a contract was signed he was able to negotiate a slightly higher price for us. He was really easy to deal with. Overall we would highly recommend Serg as a selling agent.

We couldn’t be happier the outcome that Serg has been able to achieve for us with the sale of our property. His perseverance and patience is to be commended and I would have no hesitation in recommending his services for anyone wanting a reputable real estate agent that gets results.

In todays market there are a lot of big name real estate agents that have a lot of staff. I found it very advantageous to have a one owner realestate agency as my agent with only my best interest at heart and no other agenda. This enabled both parties to have very frank and open discussion with one another going forward towards a sale. As an experienced Seller, I had set a high standard of presentation for the property itself, and I also set a high purchase price above the market price – I challenged Serg Gubecka as my Agent to achieve that sale price. This did not set well with Serg initially, but as I had experienced with Serg previously, he approached selling the property with great zeal and enthusiasm, and he provided service well above the call of duty eg cleaning leaves from the pool prior to Open for Inspection. At the end of the day, within 2 months from the listing date, Serg was able to achieve the sale at the above market price that I wanted. I would be pleased to recommend Serg Gubecka to any prospective Seller as a hard working no nonsense agent with excellent communication skills who works in the best interests of the Seller.

Serg Gubecka is without doubt the ultimate professional when it comes to product knowledge and customer service. Selling a property in Queensland when you reside in Victoria can be a daunting proposition when this is the first time you have engaged an agent to sell a house. Even more so when the property is part of a deceased estate and you want to do the best for your departed loved one.

In our case the property needed a little “sprucing up” to prepare for sale and Serg was able to not only provide advice on what we could do to improve the property for sale, but was able to assist in finding tradesmen, provision of quotes and most importantly, supervise work done to transform the property for sale whilst we were still in Melbourne.
The result was outstanding – at all stages Serg kept us up to date on the progress of the updates by phone and email as appropriate, so at all times we knew exactly what was happening. We made one visit to the property to complete the preparation for sale before placing it on the market and once again Serg’s advice and assistance was invaluable when we needed to find local resources.

Market knowledge is extremely important when selling anything and Serg certainly knows the property market on the Sunshine Coast. Information provided to us on recent sales of similar properties in the area provided a realistic expectation of what we could achieve for our sale, with no embellishment. An achievable price range was set and away we went.
From the moment the property went onto the market we knew that we had made the right decision to go with Serg (and Recommended Agent). Photography and marketing were spot on, with the first open (the next day) attracting genuinely interested parties. 19 days later, the property was under contract, sale price well exceeding our expectations.
A 30 day settlement (over the Christmas/New Year period) presented some extra challenges, but once again Serg’s knowledge, advice and feedback at every stage has made this simple and stress-free.
