Being an x-real estate agent myself I was always going to be very particular about our choice of agent. The selling of someone’s home is often their largest investment and can be both stressful and emotional. Luckily for us Serg came highly recommended (having also sold a house to my brother). Of course we did interview other agents and they all fell short of the mark (yes…I could see through a lot of the “real estate talk”). Serg was the obvious choice due to his experience, knowledge of the market and local area, and he had a genuine desire to get the best possible price for us. All the way through the sale process Serg’s communication was unfaltering (actually incredible) ….we were contacted before and after inspections and given honest feedback. He followed up on every lead and every contact. So many agents over promise and under deliver on service – not Serg! We were also approached by some every unethical agents whilst our house was on the market…..which we found very disturbing. Luckily for us Serg is honest, hard working, a great communicator and has good old fashioned integrity. We would certainly highly recommend Serg to any prospective sellers/buyers and would be happy to provide a verbal reference should anyone wish to call. On a day of house viewing, meeting Serg was a welcome relief. He was open and honest about the home we were looking at, and even showed us how close we were to the water. His knowledge of the area was excellent, especially for out of area buyers like us. He answered every text that was sent to him, no matter what the time. Everything went very smoothly. A big thanks to Serg, I would highly recommend him in your search for property.
